COLLABORATING WITH THE CUSTOMERS’ MARKETING EFFORTS
At All-Ways Advertising Company, we are marketing consultants to our clients, initiating and implementing strategies to build brand equity using logoed merchandise. We take the time to know them, listen to their objectives, and ask pertinent questions. By learning and understanding the customers’ marketing plans and expectations, we are able to offer products and campaigns that will help build their businesses. In many cases, we actively participate in client meetings, functioning as a resource for the sales/marketing team.

In a trended industry, we stay ahead of the curve, always searching for the next idea. All-Ways succeeds in building business for customers by adding value through creativity and innovation, developing new products and concepts, turning the ordinary into extraordinary.

For example, a spring water company wanted to market their product in square plastic bottles to white table cloth restaurants. The problem was to encourage the plastic bottles to be taken seriously as opposed to glass, which was perceived to be more elegant. We worked with the bottler to create a unique silver sleeve. The concept was so well received that other bottlers quickly began to request their own silver sleeves. By creating a new product, All-Ways was able to build business for the customer in a previously untapped market.

When All-Ways was asked to re-tool a major publisher’s online company store, we went above and beyond expectations. Working with famous designers, we developed one-of-a-kind, exclusive branded merchandise (e.g., fashion totes, a toaster with logoed toast and a crossword cookie jar) with retail appeal to complement the existing inventory. This approach proved to be a win/win – building an alternative income source for the customer, and establishing a retail presence for All-Ways Advertising.

WHEN BUDGET IS A CONCERN
A leading insurance carrier was faced with a US Postal Service case rate change that would have doubled their direct mail expenditures. We worked with the USPS to design and develop new packaging that would both conform to postal requirements and save mailing costs. In addition, the All-Ways distribution center (granted plant load status by the US Postal Service) is considered a branch of the post office; wherein customers receive mail processing savings and the best USPS rates on two hundred or more pieces. The packaging innovation, combined with our postal status, resulted in substantial savings that allowed the customer to continue a successful direct mail program without increasing their budget.

A major entertainment venue found that lighted drink stirrers lit up their beverage sales while offering a keepsake to continually promote the facility. Because of the high volume, All-Ways was able to produce the custom stirrers overseas; a small, inexpensive sales builder that generates big sales results.

All-Ways continues to add value with ancillary capabilities and services. We operate our own warehouse and fulfillment center, staffed by experienced customer service representatives with the technology to deliver on time, every time. This enables us to better serve our customers by alleviating the burdens of storage and shipping. We use our marketing expertise to provide assistance, from planning to execution, for corporate meetings, special events or targeted promotional campaigns. This comprehensive set of disciplines continues to expand as the market changes and we are faced with new challenges.
